The location is fantastic, and the staff is courteous and exceptionally nice. 24 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a way quieter area than across the lake.

Reasonably priced dishes, central location very near a bridge which makes it very easy to get to the old part of the city.

Honestly nothing to complain about. The hotel is reasonably priced with fine food and great views. In a particularly good location a short walk to various sights, a temple and a palace. Set a short walk to restaurants and a coffee house, decent staff. Exceptional service, parking onsite. Free Wi-Fi provided in the venue.

The hotel of choice in Udaipur. Friendly staff, picturesque venue with pleasant restaurant. A lot of food available in the restaurant. Close to the airport, 29 min drive.

the restaurant was top-notch with beautiful view of the pichola lake, i tried wonderful dishes. the staff were all pleasant, welcoming.

Thoroughly enjoyed Udaipur, the hotel was good quality and well-maintained to walk upto the roof top restaurant. It was bright, elegant and in indian style. Very good service, although a few employees were clueless. The location was perfect, minutes away from Bada Mahal. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

Beds were hard in this place.

Our stay at a heritage haveli was a truly unique experience. The well-maintained rooms were spacious and filled with character. We were impressed by the beautiful antique almirahs, even though some of the drawers didn't open. The hotel's location was stunning, with breathtaking views and a lovely pool area. Despite a few issues, we believe with some improvements this hotel has the potential to be wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for its charm and ambiance.

The location of the hotel is excellent right on the lake shore. The restaurant which situated on the top of the roof offer amazing view over the city. If I have opportunity I'll stay in this hotel once again with pleasure.

The room offers a lovely view, and there is a restaurant, Ambrai, which is conveniently located nearby and within walking distance, making it a great place to stay for a vacation.

This is a superb hotel, a welcome calm oasis from the busy, noisy but beautiful city of Udaipur. The hotel grounds are lovely, lawn and flowers, the rooms are great and have stunning window seat views of Lake Pichola, and the roof top restaurant, for breakfast and dinner is fantastic. Good buffet breakfast too, and tasty affordable dishes at dinner time. The pool is new and terrific, as are the changing rooms and showers. It was very cold in December, but I swam anyway. The staff are exceptionally helpful, particularly the very courteous and professional Mr. Bhati. I looked at another well known hotel that was full when I booked and was so glad I stayed here instead. It is a very elegant, enjoyable hotel.

Sligtly dirty bed sheets as for the 4* hotel, but definitely clean enough for India.
